“Experiencing God, Growing in Faith”
During the school year, Sunday School is available for all ages starting at 9:30 am every Sunday morning.  Our Sunday School classes focus on “growing in faith” with lessons to encourage people to know and understand God and His Word.  Discussion and interaction are key parts of each lesson as we “encourage one another”.  We also enjoy a once a year Sunday School picnic at one of our members’ properties where all ages can enjoy a delicious BBQ, outdoor games and recreation.

prayer
Prayer is the foundation of our church.  Every Sunday starts with pastoral prayer and ends with intercessory prayer.  (check our current schedule for times) We believe that God answers prayer and desires for us to “pray continually”.
womens ministries
The purpose of Women’s Ministries is to be women who are led by the Holy Spirit, ever growing in godliness, encouraging and mentoring one another according to Titus 2:4, to joyfully support the leadership of our church and to reach out in love and compassion to the needs of our community and world.  Some of the projects our women are involved in include:  providing meals whenever the need arises, blessing one missionary couple each year with special gifts, making Christmas stockings for Native American children in Poplar, providing scholarships for children to attend Bible camps, making quilts, and hosting a spaghetti dinner and pie auction each year.  We meet once a month to discuss any business and have a time of prayer and fellowship with each other.
mens ministries
The purpose of Men’s Ministries is to foster Christian fellowship, enlist and organize the involvement of men in the leadership of the church, and provide encouragement and accountability to help men and boys grow in their faith.  Some of our activities include hosting a Wild Game Feed each year for men and boys of the church and community, attending a Men’s Retreat each February, and participating in a Men’s Breakfast on the 2nd Saturday of each month..
youth and children
During the school year, youth are encouraged to attend our Wednesday night youth group sponsored jointly by our church and Circle Evangelical Church.  Along with weekly youth meetings, we also encourage youth to attend district events throughout the year including Snow Blast, Youth Convention, and Summer Camps.  We provide ample opportunity for youth to become involved in our church through playing instruments during worship, running computer and sound equipment and helping with children’s outreaches.

Children are greatly loved and enjoyed at our church.  We believe they are the life of the church.  Sunday school classes are taught by dedicated teachers who love their students and nursery workers are always available.
outreaches
We believe that God wants us to not only grow in our personal walks with him, but share our faith with those around us.  We do this through many different outreaches throughout the year.  These include:  Nursing Home services done on a rotating  schedule basis, Sunday in the Park at the City Park for all the churches where those not accustomed to church can hear the gospel message in a neutral setting, and a Christmas dinner including fun, games, music, and lots of wonderful food.
